Shruti Gorivale, Project Coordinator Lakshya – Mentoring. Pursuing Bachelors in Pharmacy, Shruti belives that Bhumi has given her the opportunity to discover new character in herself. She feels we learn something new each time from these kids and it is her belief that kids teach us more than what we teach them.

Nisha Punjabi, Project Coordinator, Speak Out – English. An investment banker by profession, Nisha advises companies on Mergers Acquisitions. Her proclivity towards volunteering resulted from an introduction to Anne Sullivan in school and has continued since then. In other interests, she loves solo travelling and adventure sports.
Didhiti Parikh, Project Coordinator, DeStep – Dance. Pharmacist by profession, Didhiti is currently preparing for MBA entrance exam. She is a professional Bharatnatyam dancer and a sketcher. Love to explore and travel and was the head coordinator in social cell – Dayitva. Confident, approachable and vibrant in nature. She believes in spreading happiness and giving back to the society.
Anandkumar Deethi, City Coordinator. With a recent Masters in Marketing Management from Welingkar Institute of Management, Anand is currently working with Tata Consultancy Service Ltd as a Business Analyst. He is actively involved in Ecology Club, Toastmasters Club, and Tata ProEngage where he was a part of a program called “Mentoring the Youth” from Antarang foundation. In addition to that, he has also been a part of OxFam Trail Walk, Research Analyst in BMC 2012 Election with mumbaivotes.org.
Deeksha Uchil, Project Coordinator, Ignite. Deeksha, born and bought up in the city of dreams, is a true Mumbaikar at heart. She is a software professional presently working with Tata Consultancy Services. She has expressed that her journey with Bhumi so far has been enriching, filled with beautiful memories and is excited about the upcoming year to keep spreading the spirit of volunteering in the city.

Nishita Mistry, Project Coordinator, Little Einsteins – Science. Nishita is a self proclaimed chaterbox! She loves learning new things. A future pharmacist, Nishita says that Bhumi has set new goals for her life. She believes in discipline, duty and dedication.
Omkar, Project Coordinator, Yantra – Robotics. A true Mumbaikar, Omkar is a software professional working for his own firm. He has been with Bhumi for over three years having volunteered for projects like Kanini & Little Einteins Science. He is excited to start a great year ahead, and continue with his efforts bringing in little changes towards society.

Rohan Rajadhyax, HR Coordinator, Yantra – Robotics. A True Bombayite at heart,Rohan joined Bhumi in January 2017 and started his journey with being a part of the Nakshatra core team. In this 9 months he has been moved across different teams and describes his experience as one of it’s kind. He is an EnTC Engineer in making, who is here to discover his true potential. He is passionate about photography and loves trekking as well.
Neha Sengupta, HR Coordinator, Speak Out – English. A child at heart, independent and free-spirited, Neha is a Company Secretary by profession. Her favorite quote being, “this moment is a gift & that is why we call it the present,” Neha is thrilled and all prepped up for making the most of the “present” she has been gifted through Bhumi.
Gauri Yeram, Content Coordinator, Lakshya – Mentoring. Pursuing Bachelors in biotechnology. she is a drawing artist. Bhumi has given her an opportunity to discover herself. She feels that she learns something new each time when she take up some responsibility and and also there is a lot to learn from the kids.
Sanket Shah, HR Coordinator, Lakshya – Mentoring. I am a Chartered Accountant and lawyer by profession. In my free time I love to read (mostly fiction), go on long drives, travel places and watch television series. I belive that even a small act makes a difference and I hope to do my small act as part of Bhumi.
Preksha Chopra, Fundraising Coordinator, Ignite. Currently working with an MNC as Chartered Accountant. Her hobbies include travelling, socializing and listening to music. She want to give back to the society in every possible way and am looking forward to work for Bhumi.
Anjana Natarajan, HR Coordinator, de Step – Dance. Anjana Natarajan is one of the youngest and 18 years old. She has recently joined Bhumi NGO and was fortunate enough to have a volunteering experience during ‘Nakshatra’ Mumbai. She has been a part of a couple of Lakshya classes and is still willing to continue as a volunteer for it if that can be possible by any chance. She is really passionate about dance and also into other extra curricular activities such as acting, singing and painting and has managed to win quite a good number of awards for the same.
Minakshi Namani, HR Coordinator, Little Einsteins – Mathematics. Minakshi Namani lives in Mumbai. She received the B.E degree in EXTC field from Mumbai University and is currently working in Telecom field as Project Engineer. She recently attended the seminar on ‘Delivering Change Forum 2017’. Her aim in life is to serve people without any expectation.
Mitali Naik, HR Coordinator, Little Einsteins – Science. Mitali is a Pharmacy student and have been a part of Bhumi since two years. She loves reading novels and playing outdoor sports.
Miraj Gaikwad, Content Coordinator, Little Einsteins – Science. Miraj is currently pursuing IT Engineering and lives in Borivali. His hobbies include reading and watching technical stuff, watching sitcom, volunteering for events and social activities. As a part of Bhumi, he wants to contribute in creating a change in society by doing his part and impacting lives.
