Vaishali Dhar, Project Coordinator, Little Einsteins – Mathematics. An IT professional, Vaishali is working in Tata Consultancy Services since 2014. She joined Bhumi in 2016 as LEM Volunteer. She feels this past one year in Bhumi has changed her outlook towards life. Volunteering has become her passion and she has become a much more compassionate, productive and a happy person. Apart from volunteering, she loves reading and cooking.
Kunal Dwivedi, Project Coordinator, Little Einsteins – Science. An explorer, maverick, a rider by passion, Kuna isa Sourcing Manager at Bajaj Auto Ltd. by profession. He loves to travel and write. Inspired by Ayn Rand, he deeply believes in Individualism. Appreciating and intrigued-by even the smallest things, he tries to keep the child within him alive and he believes that this association with Bhumi is one more step towards the same.

Raveen Gaikwad, ELDP Participant, Lakshya – Mentoring. As unique as his name, Raveen is currently a Copy Chief in an advertising agency by professional and a Zumba Instructor by hobby. His craft gets him heady and Bhumi keeps him grounded, he says.
Heena Tangree, Content Coordinator, Speak Out – English. Completed Master’s in Computer Science and currently working as a IT Developer in Pune. Been associated with Bhumi since 2015, She feels that this experience has helped her learn and grow so much. She also enjoys bird-watching, photography and traveling.
Avinash Anand, HR Coordinator, Little Einsteins – Mathematics. He likes to go on road trips and explore new places. He feels that he is good at managing things and people. Love kids and puppies. Main reason to join Bhumi was only the kids.
Shruti Kulkarni, HR Coordinator, Speak Out – English. Shruti is one of the youngest. She is a 18 year old student who’s studying to be a psychologist. She tends to be healthily obsessive over things she interested in and loves reading.
Sudeep Naik, Operations Coordinator, Little Einsteins – Mathematics. A person who truly believes in a phrase: “You either DO IT, or keep giving EXCUSES.” Sudeep is currently working at Bajaj Auto, Pune. He has completed engineering from College of Engineering, Pune. His journey with Bhumi started a year back, as a LEM volunteer. One of the things which makes him feel happy is being with kids. His hobbies are trekking, biking, watching lot of movies.
Ashlesha Kshirsagar, Fundraising PR Coordinator. Ashlesha is an engineer by qualification who started with IT Giants HSBC. The social worker in her made her apply for teach for India after which there was no looking back. She always had an inclination towards education, so she took to teach underprivileged children in her free time. This inspired her to pursue a career in education. She enjoys travelling, Singing, writing, and Teaching.
