She is working in a Banking sector and loves to cook, travel and watch movies.She joined Bhumi in March 2016 because of her love towards teaching kids. She feels that in Bhumi, she met many like-minded people with their interest in socially-driven causes.She says that the best thing about volunteering is ‘We get to meet so many people who are really motivated.’
Sujith Niraikulathan, HR Coordinator, Catalyse. Sujith is an Android developer who is passionate about tech and teaching them. He loves travelling, solving challenges, telling stories and obsessed with comics.
Akshay C Hebbar, HR Coordinator, Artoons – Arts. Akshay has pursued M.Sc. degree in Chemistry after completing B.Ed. He is now working as an Asst Administrator in KPCL, Bengaluru.
Shachi Bheda, HR coordinator, LEM – Mathematics. She believes that future is what we do today and not tomorrow. Living up every second is what makes that day worthful and she like to follow it very religiously. She is in market research domain with Indegene Pvt Ltd; however, she says her love and inspiration is always Bhumi.
Senthil P, HR Coordinator, Little Einsteins – Science. Senthil had always had an urge to give back to the society and this urged him to join Bhumi in 2016. He started with volunteering for Vibhutipura Lake cleaning. Wanting to play a major role in uplifting Science education given to students, Senthil took up the responsibility of HR coordinator of LES for Bangalore City.
Saumya Shekhar, HR Coordinator, Ignite. Saumya is an Electronics and Communication engineer,a technology enthusiast, who believes in making the world run better by developing software products at SAP Labs. She is an assertive and enthusiastic person, who is always ready to help the society. A pocket full of sunshine and yes-woman if it comes to doing anything away from banality.
Sarjun Hajathulla, HR Coordinator, Kanini – Computer. Sarjun is from Tamil nadu and has been working as senior stress engineer in Bangalore for past five years. During a period when everything was smooth and perfect Sarjun was not content and was searching for the true meaning of life and our purpose to lead a responsible life. He feels it has been a wonderful journey together and has given him a good sense of responsibility as a citizen of this society.
Mahaling Rolli, HR Coordinator, Lakshya – Mentoring. Currently the coordinator of Lakshya for Bangalore I Mahaling aims at continuing in same position for another year before taking a higher step in Bhumi. He has had a great journey for 1.4 year with Bhumi and Thanks Bhumi for giving him a platform to server society. Mahaling is Bagalkot in Karnataka and is Currently Working in TCS company. Roshan, HR Coordinator, Yantra – Robotics. Rosha is a 3rd mechanical engineering student who deeply regrets taking it as robotics has always been his passion. Vijitha Uggrani, Project Coordonator, Artoons – Arts. She is working as Assistant Professor in MVJ College of Engineering. She joined Bhumi in mid-2015. With interest in sports and team activities, she opted to volunteer for Sprint (sports) project. The art of teaching lies in innovation and inspiration; with painting and craft work as hobby, she opted for artoons project later.
Vairav Lakshmanan, Project Coordinator, Kanini – Computer. Vairav is working as a web developer at Soliton technologies, Bangalore. He is from Coimbatore. He sees Bhumi as a platform to achieve his ambition. It’s been almost an year since he started his journey with Bhumi. He says he has found like-minded people in Bhumi to share and discuss thoughts on almost everything.
Neha Singh, Project Coordinator, Speak Out – English. Neha is originally from Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh who came to Bangalore 4 years back to join IBM and is currently working for IBM as a SAP consultant. She has been working with Bhumi since 2015 as a SPO volunteer and it’s been great journey for her so far to connect to so many people and kids.
Tejashwini B S, Project Coordinator, Sprint – Sports. Tejashwini is working as software engineer in IBM India Pvt Ltd, Bangalore. She holds Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Instrumentation. She was into sports during her studies and she opted for Sprint project and hopes to teach the kids with all the love.
Sri Raman, Project Coordinator, Swachh Bharat. Sri Raman is working as Senior Software Engineer at Blink smartwatch who likes to build, break and fix things. He is Interested in using technology to make social impact. When he is not worsening his carpal tunnel syndrome through intensive coding in his quest to major in computer science, Sri loves hanging out with his friends.
Payal Panigrahy, Project Coordinator, Lakshya – Mentoring. Payal is a BITS Pilani graduate, currently working as a Data Scientist at Fidelity Investments and has been with Bhumi for over an year and a half now. She is a trained dancer and enjoys reading and travelling. She is a complete foodie and has a thing for all kinds of puzzles.
Aakanksha Pevekar, Project Coordinator, Little Einsteins – Mathematics. “With five years’ experience in the mathematical world of Analytics, Aakansha is extremely excited to contribute in this capacity and sincerely believe that where we are, is not as important as what we make of what we have. A classical dancer and singer, she can express herself best through art, the written word and animated speeches!”
Sritha Murali, Project Coordinator, Yantra – Robotics. Sritha is a Mechanical Engineer who works in ABB India in the Robot Application division. A Chennaite who came to Bangalore after getting married and thus landed the golden opportunity to Lead the Yantra team.She believes in nurturing young minds at a young age to bring the best out in them.
Hanika Arora, Project Coordinator, Nakshatra Reach Out, Bengaluru. Hanika’s ancestors are from Pakistan, her parents from Punjab, she was born and raised in Gujarat and marriage brought her to Bangalore. Her passion was to become a doctor but her career journey has ranged from a beautician to a teacher to a HR counselor to a QA now. Hanika believes Bhumi has given her the flexibility to explore various ideas.
Swathipriya, Project Coordinator, Think Green. Swathipriya is glad to be the Project Coordinator of Think green Project in Bengaluru. She is a civil engineer working as a quantity surveyor. She loves to travel, read and volunteer. She volunteers as she is more concerned about the environment we live in and one day would like to become an Environmental activist.

Pavish Kumar, Events Coordinator, Fitness promotion. Pavish Kumar is a B.Tech(IT) graduate from a reputed college in Chennai. His native is Kerala and is now is Bangalore for work in IT sector for about 2.5 years. He is very hardworking, accepts any challenge, and has good learning skills.
Natasha Agarwal, Fundraising Coordinator. Natasha is an efficient problem solver at heart and a programmer by profession. She loves travelling, trekking, cycling and anything that involves burning of fat. If you would want to step out for shopping or try out street food, Natsha is the one you ping for sure. She likes being with kids and wants to help them explore their interests.

His association with Bhumi dates from Dec’15 and believes that Bhumi has helped him grow as a person. Anusha N Raj, Content Coordinator, Kanini – Computer. Anusha N Raj is basically from Karnataka. A independent, responsible and only daughter of her lovely parents. She has Completed M.pharmacy (Pharmaceutics) and is working as Technology Absorption executive at Strides Shasun limited, Bengaluru.
Shobhana B, Content Coordinator, Little Einsteins – Science. Shobhana.B is a B.Sc graduate in mathematics ,electronics , computer science from Jyoti Nivas college autonomous ,Bangalore. Currently working as a part time science instructor at Science Utsav. She is Passionate about teaching and cooking.
